To provide the participant with the knowledge and skills to carryout a valid, reliable and fair workplace assessment.  This course has either week night or weekend workshops supported by online assessment and activities.

Pre-Requisites

• Whilst there are no official pre-requisites for this course, it is recommended that students are working in an environment where they will be able to implement their training.

Structure

• Students will undergo an initial interview to assess both their suitability for the course as well as any recognition of current competency they may be eligible for.
