Whitecard Course Aim

This common site OH&S program has been developed to replace the extended individual site inductions on Construction/Building and Demolition sites in South Australia.  It is designed for persons who work within these industries.

This course will provide workers with a ‘White Card’ .  This card is compulsory to work on construction sites and acknowledges training in both the common safety induction program and the Industry Guidelines for Electrical Practices on Construction and Demolition sites.

Duration

• 6 hours

• Hazard management
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) 
• Safe use of plant and equipment
• Safety signs
• Clean, safe and tidy sites
• Site emergency and evacuation
• Accident and Incident reporting
• Licences and Certificates of Competency

Pre-Requisites

• There are no pre-requisites for this course.

Structure

• This course offered in class only and contains theory and assessment components.
