Course Aim
This course aims to provide registered Electrical workers with the knowledge and skills to upgrade testing procedures for new electrical installations on civil, commercial, industrial, retail and domestic projects in accordance with legislative requirements, AS3000:2007 and OHS Act and Regulations.

Course Content
The course of study sets out to address the following criteria:
- What tests will be required?
- What equipment will be required to perform these tests?
- How can an electrical worker ensure that the equipment is functioning correctly?
- What results are required for each test?
For accreditation, it is required that the student is able to demonstrate the testing procedures. All testing is performed using the equipment that belongs to the students or their employers.
Pre-Requisites
- Open to registered Electrical workers only.
