The Pre-Apprenticeship Programs are an introduction for people interested in a career in the Electrotechnology or Plumbing Industries. These programs aim to provide participants with the basic skills and understanding of their chosen vocation and enhance opportunities in gaining an apprenticeship. PEER VEET offers this program in a range of vocations including:
- Electrical (no additional course available for 2011)
- Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (no additional course available for 2011)
- Plumbing (no additional course available for 2011)
Each course runs for 8 weeks and includes work experience placements within the industry.
