The Pre-Apprenticeship Programs are an introduction for people interested in a career in the Electrotechnology or Plumbing Industries. These programs aim to provide participants with the basic skills and understanding of their chosen vocation and enhance opportunities in gaining an apprenticehsip. PEER VEET offers this program in a range of vocations including:
- Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
- Voice and Data Communications
- Electrical
- Plumbing
Each course runs from six to ten weeks and includes work experience placements within the industry.

- Plumbing
- Next course commences February 2010
