Payment of Accounts
PEER VEET will provide the host employer weekly invoices and a monthly statement detailing the monies due to allow for the full recovery of an amount that shall include wages paid, overtime, site allowances, any other Award or Enterprise Agreement conditions plus an amount to cover on-costs.
Payment terms of the account are within 7 days of receipt of such invoices/statement via a Direct Debit System.
In the event that the host employer defaults on any monies due within the said period, PEER VEET may at its absolute discretion, immediately withdraw the Apprentice/Trainee, take legal action to recover the full amount owing and charge interest on overdue accounts at current bank overdraft rates.
