Benefits of Hiring a PEER VEET Apprentice

PEER VEET is an Industry Based Group Training Organisation.  Therefore, we keep up-to-date on the needs and ongoing changes in the industries we service.

There are no long-term contractual obligations.  You hire the Apprentice for the period you require.

We take care of Payroll, WorkCover, Superannuation, Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Trade School.  You only pay whilst the apprentice is with you.

Apprentices/Trainees are supplied with uniforms, safety wear and a "starter" tool kit so they are ready to work from day one.

A support service is provided for both Apprentices/Trainees and host employers via regular site visits.

Government and Industry training incentives are passed on to the Host Employer through the calculation of the charge out rate.

We are a Not for Profit organisation, hence our rates for hiring Apprentices are very affordable.

PEER can relocate Apprentices/Trainees when a host employer is experiencing a downturn of business or no longer requires the Apprentice or Trainee.

We take care of recruitment including advertising positions, assessments and interviews and selection is carried out by professionals from PEER.   We have a stringent recruitment process to ensure the calibre of people we employ are of the highest standard.
